Top Resources on Getting Better Sleep

Sleep Better America is meant to be a great source of information for all things sleep-related, but we’d be lying if we claimed to be all-inclusive. Additional sources for answering your sleep questions (besides SBA’s Sleep Resources section) are available from many associations, websites and blogs.
Research and information is available from government-sponsored associations like the National Center on Sleep Disorders Research which is part of the National Institute of Health and non-profit advocacy groups like the National Sleep Foundation and the American Sleep Association. Many web logs offer the latest sleep news, events and perspectives on how to get a good night’s sleep. Some of the best sleep blogs are Dr. Breus’ Insomnia Blog and Tara Parker Pope’s New York Times Well Blog.
If you are looking for more tips and information on sleep disorders consider reading the American Sleep Apnea Association, the Restless Leg Syndrome Foundation, the Dana Foundation, or WebMD’s Sleep Disorders page. Insomnia support groups are out there as well for Insomnia-sufferers. Examples include Daily Strength, MD Junction, SleepStarved, and National Sleep Foundation’s Pillow Talk online sleep community.
