U.S. News & World Report Offers Sleep Advice for You and Your Children’s Sleep Quality

-

The staff at Sleep Better America came across two articles this week in U.S. News & World Report focusing on how to improve your own and your children’s quality of sleep.

In 10 Ways to Get Better Sleep (and Maybe Cure Your Insomnia), Lindsay Lyon offers tips that can alter your night’s sleep. We found Lyon’s ideas very easy to do yourself, ranging from creating good basic ‘sleep hygiene’ to not using alcohol as a sleep aid.

The other article is Judith Palfrey, M.D.’s article Children and Sleep Problems. Judith offers useful insights on why children and teenagers develop insomnia and how, as a parent, you can help them prevent it.
